- A total dividend of EUR 5.05 per share was approved, consisting of an ordinary dividend of EUR 2.95 per share and a special dividend of EUR 2.10 per share.
- The dividend payment date is June 10, 2024
- New members of the Supervisory Board were elected
OMV’s Annual General Meeting approved a total dividend of EUR 5.05 for 2023, consisting of a regular dividend of EUR 2.95 per share and a special dividend of EUR 2.10 per share. In addition, all motions related to the remaining agenda items, in particular the updated remuneration policy for the Supervisory Board, the remuneration report for the Management Board and Supervisory Board for 2023, elections for the Supervisory Board and changes to the Articles of Association, were approved.
Today’s Annual General Meeting approved a total dividend of EUR 5.05 per share. Payday is June 10, 2024. Annual financial statements approved by the Supervisory Board have been submitted. The members of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board are discharged for their activities in the financial year 2023. KPMG Austria GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungs- und Steuerberatungsgesellschaft, Vienna, has been selected as auditor and board auditor for the fiscal year 2024.
The Annual General Meeting approved the updated remuneration policy for the Supervisory Board. The Annual General Meeting also approved the Long Term Incentive Plan 2024, a long-term compensation instrument for Board members and elected executives, and Equity Deferral 2024, an integral part of the annual bonus agreement for members. As the term of office of four of the ten Supervisory Board members currently elected by the Annual General Meeting has expired, four new Supervisory Board members were elected, each effective from the end of the Annual General Meeting on May 28, 2024. Annual General Meeting:
