In the middle of a hurricane, Captain Everton (Donald Sutherland) and his crew find an abandoned research vessel. Together they smell the big bucks when they discover what they’ve found – but the only survivor of the original crew is not only surprised on board. The distraught woman claims that the ship is inhabited by aliens and that no effort has been made to eradicate the human “virus”.
