Cause of Bankruptcy (According to the information of the debtor): As KSV1870 learned, the increase in prices and the corresponding decline in sales as a result of changed consumer behavior had now to submit an application to initiate restructuring measures without self-administration. Also, increased energy costs, increase in salary levels and interest rates had a negative impact on the debtor’s business operations.
Redevelopment Plan: The debtor intends to continue and reorganize his company.
